then i walked to the Adsett Centre to attend my first E-Business Management lecture and the weather was quite cold at outside.
well, the tutor was teach by a foreigner (guailou) girl and i realize there is a little different for the English ascent that she speak but still understandable.
somehow she was right that everyone come here study for a reason because if the lecture did not bring any benefits to us, there is no use for us to come after attend it.
anyways, i learned a new word from this lecture that is "Taxonomies" which refers to label different type of E-business model and a business model is a plan for making money.
another sentences that i like said by the lecture was "it is not who you know, but is what is you know" as i thought it might be related with networking with people.
when the tutor said "if you not adding value to the thing you do, why doing it?", i just started to keep ask myself a lot of question that is related to the purpose of my living in this world.
for example, i start to understand why some people say that the reason why i express my feeling using blog was to earn money because according to what had been taught in the business world, who would really so free to spend their time to blog about their life if the main purpose was not making money right?
however, it was true that everyone will have a motive or intention when doing things including myself.
frankly speaking, until now i never forget the motive of writing this blog from my very 1st blog post back in 2008 that is express my feelings because i need some place to dispose my negativity and "emos" thought.
later on, it seems that the reason i blog tends to be giving some guidance to Tarcian junior who have similar feeling like me for not following my mistaken footstep.
honestly, i do have a very not rational thought about the reason i come Sheffield Hallam University beside than study to get my degree certificate, another motive was to know what is "the girl" feelings or some friends feeling when come here to study last year.
as i asked myself deeper and deeper about my personal feelings, i do understand this is irrational as i was talking like the world only left one girl and people already moving forward while i still in my original place.
in fact, it tends to be bring only miserable and "emos" feeling in the end of writing most of my blog post although i was trying to understand some "long term SEO" related thing because it can help me understand more about the Search Engine marketing that might related to my future employment.
after the class end at 10.30am, we walked to the Castle Market that near to Sheffield Yorkshire as just took some picture of the market place as below.
other than that, i heard that the Shoe Zone and Wilkinson offer cheaper price as shown below.
around 1.30pm we make a move from hostel to attend the E-Business Management seminar at Stoddart.
well, it seems that the assessment for this subject was a combination of coursework (50%) and examination (50%) and i feel that this tends to be another theory although i understand the important of M-Commerce.
anyways, i think learning in foreign country was to learn about the different opportunities and different ways of doing things as they was focus more on self research to study instead of the lecturer or tutor teaching more as it no longer like "spoon feeling" in Tarc.
furthermore, i start to feel a little stress as the timeline is quite packed especially i need to think about the idea and ways to complete the assignment although this is just the first week.
after the class, we went to the Adsett library to see around and how it looks inside as below.
around 7.30pm is the Tong Hang gathering to pay the £40 for Europe trip and i did not join the Scotland trip for £235 as i don't like going after listen some opinion although i know it was once in my life time in UK.
perhaps in future i might change my decision after i get some information about the Scotland B&B.
during the night, i just have some spaghetti with sausage that cook by some friends as my dinner.
besides, i just added a "guailou" housemate in FB and he seems to be younger than me 3 years old but looks older than me a lot.
later on, i continue to do some research about some information again and time was quite pack.
well, there is one thing i would share about the Google Maps in Sheffield was quite cool because you can direct see the real picture of it's surrounding or even walk each road when select Street View.
for example, when you key in "The Forge, Boston Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S2 4QG, United Kingdom" in Google Map and select street view, you can directly see around the place just like the Kebabish Express as or walk until the Forge and Aldi as shown below.
besides, i also feel that people just need someone to live on and it would be great if can find someone care or like you just like my brother go to here last time with his girlfriend.
another information i heard was about the Spearmint Rhino club in Sheffield where you can watch girl strip off their clothes and it might be Free at Tuesday but i still haven go yet.
in addition, some people say that with this fast speed of internet connection, it is better to watch some porn but i tends to be "emos" around with some "picture".
in fact, i feel myself so "funny" again when last time see "someone" go Sheffield, then "emos", now myself "emos" again when see "someone" picture happening in Malaysia.
perhaps i really enjoy with this kind of "shitty+self torture" feeling and keep asked myself why so obsessed with something?
in conclusion, the E-Business Management subject tends to be not the thing i want to learn because it is mostly theory and seems to be not really useful so far but still not sure in future.
as for the Product Innovation And Creativity subject, it is more into thinking and executing the things that you can do.
anyways, maybe this blog post can help some Tarcian junior to decide whether want to go further study in SHU or not because it seems to be "waste" in my case because you can use the money to invest in Malaysia.
