today i woke up at 8.45am.
somehow i just quickly get myself prepared as i will be going to KL for settle some stuff.
around 9.05am we make a move from house as my father will be fetching me to Klang KTM.
as i arrived there at 9.35am, i was "frustration" again about the train as i waited quite long.
well, one of my friend will be waiting me at the KTM station which not far from his house.
around 11.20am i reach Kampung Batu station and it took about 1 and half hour from Klang KTM station to reach there.
after that, we went to Tarc Continuing Professional Education (CPE) first floor to get our Sheffield Hallam University T-shirt that we need to wear when arrived at Manchester airport as show below.
actually the shirt was in blue colour but the staff say that the factory just get burned down recently.
therefore they choose another company to print the T-Shirt although it sounds unbelievable about the factory get burned down.
then we just walk around the canteen 2 as there was some Japanese related event happening.
frankly speaking, Tarc College really have a lot of beautiful girls and i don't know why i "emos" for what last time after being "failed" in something.
after that, we went to KL Festival mall to see whether the movie is available or not but there was no people at the counter and i just taken Subway sandwich as my lunch.
anyways, my friend fetched me to Wangsa Maju and i reach there around 12.55pm because i want to go Sungai Wang to exchange money.
upon arrived KLCC station, i use the sky-walker to walk to Pavilion an reach there at 1.40pm.
after searching few places for money changer, i finally decided to change all the pound sterling (£) in Sungai Wang as the rate was RM4.67 per pound.
somehow i just found out that actually those money changer shop was related to each other although some price show different from the Max Money and MoneyProOnline which eventually lead to Remit Master.
anyways, i had changed a total of 515£ from few shop because some of them was out of stock.
besides, i think what's my brother say was quite true in term of "holding money".
for example, if you withdraw RM50, you will only use RM30 while if you withdraw RM200, you might use up to RM150 which depending on how much money you holding in your wallet.
therefore i just limit myself that i would spend £2715 (£815 cash+ £1500 cheque+ £400 HSBC) for the coming three month in UK.
after settling all the related stuff, i walk back to Pavilion and decided to watch Fast And Furious 6 movie.
well, the time was so nice as i arrived there at 2.50pm and the movie start at 3pm.
anyways, i just used my student card although it had expired but still get discount as i just need to pay RM10 for the movie.
below was the synopsis of the movie.
_______________________________________
Agent Luke Hobbs enlists the aid of Dominic Toretto and his team to help bring a rival gang, led by Owen Shaw, leader of a unit specializing in vehicular warfare, to justice. In exchange for clear records, they must put an end to their schemes, no matter how personal the cost.
Building on the worldwide blockbuster success of Fast Five and taking the action, stunts and narrative to even greater heights, Fast & Furious 6 sees director Justin Lin back behind the camera for the fourth time.

during the moment watching this movie, i just feel the movie plot was just "so so" only as they was helping the police in order get back one of their "family" member who had lost memory.
maybe it is lack of something like competing racing in tracks since the race scene was all about "mouse and cat race" chasing each other.
besides, it is quite "funny" to see that cars can win over a tank and aeroplane.
anyways, feel free to watch the "Fast & Furious 6 - Final Trailer" video as below or the link >>> Here.
overall i would rate this movie as 2.8 out of 5 stars because there was having a sad ending (someone died again) and the story still haven end as it will be continue to have another Fast And Furious 7 episode.
around 5.25pm i finish watch the movie and just quickly walk to KLCC lrt station to take the train back to KL Sentral.
when i arrived there at 6.05pm, i quickly took the KTM back to Klang.
around 7.15pm i reached Klang KTM and my father fetched me back home from there.
finally i arrived back home at 7.40pm and just have some noodles as my dinner.
then i continue to search some information online and see what things i left out as there is 3 more days to go.
somehow i would like to share a video about "Why Switzerland people don't buy house" (瑞士人不買房子的故事) story at the link >>> Here. (I watch it few time and feel quite meaningful)
basically the story say about the Switzerland government control the market price of the house and there is tax as high as 50% charged for anyone to buy second house after having their first house.
seriously i do think this idea was quite good to reduce the rich people to buy more house to invest and eventually this explain how the "property bubble market" has been created.
furthermore, the Switzerland government also sets the limit of rental so that the owner cannot simply the increase rental price as he like.
on the other hand, most of the German people are renting house and the government also set a limit that the rental must follow some predetermined rates as the owner can not simply increase rental even after 50 years.
moreover, if the owner wanted to sell the house, they have to get agreement from the person who rent it and can not simply ask them out since it is basic rights for citizens to have a living place.
in fact, i agree that "hike up property price" is the most useless contribution to the economy because every house owner can state whatever sky price they want to sell.
frankly speaking, do you think the suggestion of increase double price for every individual who bought second house will works or not?
for example, if a person buy a first house at RM100,000 for a flat, then the next house they bought must be double up the original price such just like the terrace house that cost RM500,000 must pay for RM1,000,000 if they had already own the flat house.
so if they buy another third house at RM200,000 for a single storey house, they must pay triple of that RM200K which is RM600K.
this will keep double up if they want to buy their fourth, fifth and so on.
in long term, i don't think any individual will buy the house to invest right if they already have a house and they still can sell their first house before changing to another house.
in short, this suggestion was to limit 1 person buy 1 house just like China country limit 1 family having 1 children and if they want more, they need to pay more in order to control the population right?
anyways, it was just my opinion about controlling the property price in Malaysia and i am waiting it to burst although it is very hard.
perhaps it is the human nature that we demand more than what we actually need.
for example, if you have a house, car, phone and others wants product, would you want to have another one and i think the answer is quite obvious to most of the people out there including myself.
in fact, i think it is because we always influence by other's people because as a guy, you need to have a house, car and money first before thinking about marriage right? (or just my typical Malaysia thought? LOL)

honestly speaking, i don't think this will work in our country because those RICH people will not willing to follow this rules as they can monopoly the property price as they buy more, some even willing to hold for 20 years without having anyone to stay inside and this explain why so much empty beautiful bungalow house while some people don't even have a place to stay.
